On your first visit, you will need to complete paperwork. Please be aware that there may be a wait to use the room as only one family may shop at a time. Accepted Forms of Identification and Proof of Residency:
Picture ID: a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or other identification with your picture and name.
Proof of Residency within Eden Prairie or Chanhassen: a recent gas or electric bill, within the last 30 days OR your current lease OR mortgage payment statement OR Hennepin or Carver County economic assistance statement, dated within the last 30 days.
